A ProForce Recruiter serves as both a Coach and a Career Counselor. Our role is to serve you as a Career Placement Specialist and then coach you to understand how to be successful in your next challenge. Our relationships with our clients enable us to understand their culture, their systems and their key projects, setting you up for success for only the opportunities which are right for you. Envisioning the end result in mind, we guide our consultants through a successful interview and placement.

While you are on assignment, we will conduct feedback sessions after the first 30-days with you and the customer to proactively address your needs. This does not end with a onetime touch-up, engaging in continual assessments allows you to make sure you are bringing value and being valued. As your assignment approaches an end, we will then initiate our formal re-hire process by engaging the customer and marketing your skill set to prospective employers.
