Candidate must have 7-10 years experience in supporting security devices in a Global Network environment, strong technical and troubleshooting skills. In addition he/she must be familiar with SOC audits, execellent script writing skills and communication skills. Candidate must be available for 24×7 support. Candidate must have strong customer relationship skills and interpersonal skills in working with cross-functional team members. Excellent written and verbal skills are as important as technical skills. Candidate must have the confidence to address upper management and aprise them of outages in critical situations. Take a leadership role and provide technical direction and implementation support for Internets, Extranets and VPNs.
Required skills GCIH – GIAC Certified Incident Handler; CISSP; CCSE; ITIL Foundation certificate; Firewall; VPN/IPSEC; WEB Proxy; UNIX, NT, XP, Win2000, 98; DNS, DHCP, WINS.
